Overview
The following is important information related to our policies in these regards. As is mentioned, there is a short form that you will need to fill out to go through with this. You can click here to get to that form.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 weeks from the date of when you get your order. If 2 weeks have passed since you received your order, we cannot do a refund or exchange.
Manufacturing defects are really rare from us, but if you encounter one, a manufacturing defect item is not to be returned. But, you have to provide photographic proof of it. We have a rule of a tolerance for 0.5″ for print placement, so, if it is a print issue, it has to be outside of the 0.5″ tolerance. So, you still will have to fill out the first form, and once we are aware of your manufacturing defect report, we will ask you to send us a photo of the item and the defect, and if you qualify, we will send you your refund soon after that.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
As of this time, we do not sell any items that are “intimate” (like underwear for example), or potentially even personal care items (like soap), but, in the future we will, and then with those items, we will not offer any sort of refund or exchange and will be final sale items.
We soon will be offering gift card options, and we will not be offering refunds or exchanges for that either and will be final sale.
Also, when it comes to any item that’s consumable, such as colognes or anything else that is consumable, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for those, they’re final sale items.
In order to complete your return or exchange, we require proof of purchase which can be seen on our form. That includes info on your order number, and that you fill out the exact same name and email address as you provided during your purchase. And when we approve your refund or exchange, your funds will be sent to the same bank account that you provided in your original purchase or if you want, your store wallet. Or in cases of exchanges, the matching value (to the exchange) coupon will be sent to the email you provided with the initial purchase.

Regardless of your scenario for the return, you have to fill out our form to initiate it. After you complete the form, closely read the short instructions we send to your email and follow them exactly as they are stated.
As is further explained in the shipping section of this document, for exchanges, we will reimburse you for 75% of the shipping fee that you pay to send it back to us, but you will have to pay for the shipping to you on the next item. And that’s for exchanges, but not for returns, unless if it’s a manufacturing defect related since we will not ask you to send us that item back to us anyway. We are a small company, and when we get bigger, we will offer reimbursement for shipping for returns in the future, but as of now, you will have to pay for the postage for your return and we cannot reimburse that at this time.
Refunds
As is previously alluded to, if your refund is due to a rare instance of a manufacturing defect, fill out our form, you will not have to send it back. But you’ll have to do as we instruct you to do in our email message, and if we agree that it is a manufacturing defect, you will receive your money soon.
As for non-manufacturing defect returns, and after you went through our form and followed the instructions and sent it to us, the following applies to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
But, let’s say, for example, that you bought 3 items, and want a refund on all 3, and 1 of the items has been used and has a stain or rip and is not in brand new condition, so, therefore, that one item is not eligible for a refund. Still, in this example, the other 2 of the 3 items were still in brand new condition. In a scenario like this, we will refund you the 2 items that are in brand new condition, but we will not refund you for the 1 item that was not in brand new condition.
So, if you know your item is not eligible for a refund from us, it would be wisest to not send it to us. But if you do, and we reject it for a refund, and you want your rejected item back, you will have to pay for the shipping of it back to you too, or if you don’t want that, you can tell us to keep it.
But, for example, if you bought 4 items, and want to keep one, but want to refund the 3 others, you can do that, and we will refund all items you send back for refund that are in brand new condition.
And upon inspection for brand new condition, and if your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 2 or 3 days after we have received your items.
We also provide the option to have your funds given to your store wallet with us, and we would be able to do that faster than sending it back to your account. The choice is yours, and you will receive your funds either way.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially deposited.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
If any of your items that you want to refund were on sale for a percentage of 30% or more off, or in other words, you bought them for 70% off or less in comparison to the full price, such items are not eligible for refunds and are final sale.
But you can, of course, exchange these items and then you can get new items, but they’ll have to be either the exact same items at different sizes, or different items within the same kind of price as you paid for the items being exchanged. Obviously if you got those items at 30% or more off, that means they were on sale when you got those items. So, if that sale is over when you make the exchange, it’ll make sense to get the exact same items that you are exchanging in a different size and we’ll stay true to the same discount you got when you made the original order, otherwise you will be exchanging the items for replacement items that do not have the same discount as you got when you made the original purchase.
That is, unless of course if you have received 1 or more products that have a rare manufacturing defect, only in those cases you will be eligible regardless of the sale price you got your item or items for.
Exchanges
When it comes to exchanges, you just mention that this is going to be an exchange in our form. Then you must follow the exact instructions we send you to keep the shipping costs at a good level, and if you opt for more expensive shipping, we will not offer our normal reimbursement of 75% but we can pay what we would have if you would’ve followed our instructions, and anything extra will be your expense since you did not do it as we instructed. So, initially, you’ll have to pay for the shipping, and then send us evidence of the value you paid for that, and we will reimburse you for 75% of that upon approval after inspection of your item.
After we have inspected your returned item and if we approve it we will notify you of that and also, in the notification email, we will send you a coupon code for the exact value that you paid for the item you sent and 75% of the exact value of what you paid for the shipping of it to us, and then you can buy whichever products you want instead of the item you sent back, but will have to pay for shipping at that point due to us being a small company right now.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if your item or items are qualifiable for a return based on the guidelines in this document. And once the returned item is received, inspected, and then found qualifiable for a refund, a coupon code of the value of full reimbursement of the items will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, mail your product to the address the refunds form had instructed you to mail it to after you filled out the form.
Whether it’s exchanges or returns, we will provide instructions for the best shipping option for you to send the item back to us, you should follow those instructions. And for exchanges, as is alluded to elsewhere in this document, for reimbursement of 75% of your shipping fees of shipping fees, you must do exactly as instructed, or the shipping may be more expensive, and we will only be able to do a reimbursement of less we normally do in value instead of 75% of those fees for your shipping.
Also, for exchanges, when it comes to you sending it to us, we will also instruct you to send us proof of the shipping fees in relation to reimbursement for that fee.
So, yes, for exchanges, as long as you follow our exact instructions, you will pay for shipping, but we will reimburse you for 75% of that, but not for returns. We are a small company, and when we get bigger, we will offer reimbursement for shipping for returns in the future. For returns you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If you do it this way, and this is an exchange, then you must notify us about this before you do it, and we can do some reimbursement there, but, only the value of 75% of the fee you would’ve spent with the option we originally instructed you. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
